The hotel is located on a quiet street just outside the main town center of Saint Remy, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms come with a small terrace, enclosed with charmingly rustic 8 ft high fencing, adding a unique and cozy feel to the apartment. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast served was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.
All aspects of our stay were more than satisfactory.

Good value for money, only 10 minutes walk to centre of town. Was quiet and had plenty of room.
It was hard to find especially arriving at 8 pm so was dark and we had no map.

I enjoyed everything. The staff was fabulous. They spoke excellent English, even though I speak French well. I liked that I could cook my own meals and still get to lounge by the pool. You have to ask for the cable plug for the TV. Parking is cool. Hotel next door for spa treatments. Can walk to shop and to downtown area, ruins, all museums. Very private to invite guests over. The people in town were very friendly and the tourist office was fabulous too, you have to be specific about what you want to see, they leave stuff out. Check there info books. There is a lot to see in the area so don't put it off. Stop in at Le Provence Bar by the church. They are great! Eat at Pizza Aldo on rue de la commune, owner is Anthony. I have made friends for life there and will be back for sure. they have tons of festivals so visit around then if you can. -Nicole from California
I had to take out the trash. And it isn't a hotel it was an apartment. They said they took Amex and visa and it didn't work.

Very good placed, 10 minutes to the centre nice walking to the old town, good safe parking facilities /undeground and outdoor closed parking on the password- it was important for us/, nice and comfortable apartament but very basic facilities and very simple design. Nice and comfortable bathroom, comfortable bedroom, nice kitchen good equipped but lack of tea cups and only one wine glass. Televison set - but only French channels. All things was like new, apartament clean. Very nice from the manager/owner - to prepare welcomming gift in the fridge : food for good supper and also good breakfast!! It was very required after long travelling.Manager/owner speaking good English - it was no problem to communicate. In Saint Remy I can recommend Florame - natural cosmetics museum It is free and interesting. The museum of lavenda near Luberon in which you have to pay has nothing more then gratis Florame in Saint Remy!
Weak point - the garden with not nice gate and without nice view - it was fine to eat breakfast and dinners outside on the patio but it would be much better if the garden is more designed. No Internet in the apartment but it was not so much problem, because we were able to have it 24 hours in the swimming pool area and the reception area.

This is not a hotel, but an apartment, absolutely lovely setting close to St Remy. Internet position on map is wrong, go to turist office and get a map. Small pool and good parking. The owner ? Phillip was very helpful, except for the wifi that didn`t work.
We only book Hotels with free wifi which this one advertised but did not have. It caused us alot of hassle as we book hotels as we tour. Phillp was not helpful though he had a Pc working and kept saying his was O.K. many guests complained

Convenient location close to city center and attractions. Well-equipped and spacious rooms with good facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff who provided useful suggestions on local dining options.
Lack of natural light in some rooms and limited views from some balconies. No daily housekeeping available, and guests are required to clean their own rooms.

The unit we stayed in was quite spacious and had a beautiful balcony. the location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a pool in the hotel, which was perfect for hot days.
The cleanliness of the apartment. There were a lot of dust and grime in various corners, which made us quite uncomfortable.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street just a short stroll from the beautiful town center of Saint Remy. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and we loved being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions. No major issues, everything was ok.
